Modec Decon Apparatus was formed in Denver, Colorado in 1987 and produces state-of-the-art decontamination apparatus and trailers for consequnce management of incidents involving nuclear, chemical and biological agents.  The Company has produced hundreds of systems for the Military, Special Operations Groups, State Emergency Management Agencies, DOE weapons facilities, fire departments, emergency medical responders, hospitals, commercial organizations and environmental remediators around the world.

Modec was acquired by Alfred Industries in 2010 and now operates from a 50,000 sq.ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with over 5 acres of secured outdoor space including a dedicated Factory Acceptance Test Area for our customers.
